I have the Lifeline / Life Alert medical device. Will my CEIVA frame conflict with it?

Generally, a CEIVA frame will connect with a broadband or wi-fi internet connection or an analog phone line (similar to a fax machine). Your Lifeline or Life Alert medical device also uses a phone line to contact emergency assistance.

If you are unable to connect by internet, we recommend that you test out your CEIVA frame with your medical device to make sure there are no conflicts.
