Send us your best and most memorable holiday photos! By entering CEIVA's Holiday Memories Photo Contest, you could win a NEW CEIVA Pro 80™ Digital Photo Frame.

We are looking for photos of your winter holiday decorations, celebrations, and jubilations. This contest is based on creativity and the quality of the photo. Push the limits of your creativity and have fun! The CEIVA Judges will be selecting the top three photos on January 11, 2010!

  1. All entries must be submitted through the form at the Holiday Memories Photo Contest Entry Page.
  2. The top three photo finalists will be chosed by the CEIVA judges on Monday, January 11, 2010.
  3. Winners will be notified via email and announced on www.ceiva.com and in the CEIVA newsletter.
  4. By entering, you give CEIVA® the permission to publish your photo in the CEIVA® Newsletter, e-mails, website, printed materials and any other promotional materials distributed by CEIVA® Logic, Inc. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site, marketing materials or email newsletters properly.
  5. The Holiday Memories Photo Contest is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  6. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  7. Employees of CEIVA® and its related companies, agents, and suppliers, as well as corporate and government accounts with volume-purchase-level agreements are not eligible to participate.
  8. CEIVA® is not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures.  CEIVA® reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of CEIVA® corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest.
  9. The Holiday Memories Photo Contest winners will be selected based on the creativity, originality and quality of his or her entry. The decision of the judges will be final and not open to review or negotiation.
  10. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
  11. Photo entries must be acceptable according to standards: No violent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent material will be accepted, nor any that infringe on copyright or trademarks. The CEIVA staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
  12. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  13. These contest rules shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
  14. By submitting a photo, entrant grants the CEIVA staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), and entrant’s name. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
  15. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and will abide by all official rules.
  16. The decision of CEIVA® Logic, Inc. in all matters relating to the rules and administration of the contest shall be final.
