  1. To be deemed eligible for automatic entry, Tweeted Messages must include the complete link to www.ceiva.com home page and/or a link to one or both of the CEIVA PicShareBowl Photo Contest entry email addresses: afc@ceiva.com or nfc@ceiva.com. CEIVA will review Tweeted messages to determine eligibility and all determinations by CEIVA are final. Samples of qualifying Tweet messages are below.
  2. No Purchase is necessary to participate CEIVA PicShareBowl Tweeting Sweepstakes. To enter manually, mail an entry addressed to CEIVA PicShareBowl Tweeting Sweepstakes, 214 E. Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, CA 91502. All manual entries must contain ONE valid US telephone number as this is how manual entries will be notified if they have won.
  3. The winning entries will be randomly selected on or about Friday February 12, 2010 from all manual entries received not later than close of business on Thursday February 11, 2010 as well as all qualifying tweets tweeted on Twitter between Thursday February 4th 8AM PT and Monday February 8th 2010 11:59 PM PT.
  4. All winners and winning tweet(s) will be published at www.ceiva.com on Friday February 12th, 2010. If the winner entered via a Tweet, they will be notified via a tweeted message sent "@" them from CEIVA and/ or CeivaJoe on Twitter. A total of three attempts over a period of three business days (One per day — Business Day does not including Saturday, Sunday or President's Day) will be made to notify the winner via a tweeted Messages and or any contact information found in the winner's Twitter profile. If the winner entered manually, the winner will be notified via a phone call to the number provided in the entry.
  5. If CEIVA has not received contact back from the notified contest winner within 24 hours after the third notification, CEIVA will randomly select a new winner from qualifying tweets. The cycle of choosing and notifying a winner will continue until the prize has been awarded.
  6. CEIVA PicShareBowl Tweeting Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents on the United States.
  7. By entering this contest, you give CEIVA® the permission to publish your tweet in the CEIVA® Newsletter, e-mails, website, Facebook pages, printed materials and any other promotional materials distributed by CEIVA® Logic, Inc.
  8. The CEIVA PicShare Bowl Tweeting Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  9. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
