If you've got a fun-filled snapshot of your trip to the beach, an exciting photo of your cruise down the Rhine River, or a breathtaking shot of a summer sunset, we've got the contest for you! Enter our Summer Fun Photo Contest for your chance to win big!

We are looking for photos of kids, adults, and friends and family and even pets all having fun together this summer! Photos will be judged on creativity and the quality of the photo as well as how closely your photo resembles a “summer to remember.” Push the limits of your creativity and have fun!

  1. All entries must be submitted through the form at the CEIVA Summer Fun Photo Contest Entry Page. Entries close July 31, 2012 at 12 noon Pacific Time. All entries received after July 31, 2012 at 12 noon Pacific Time will not be eligible to win.
  2. Top 25 finalists will be unveiled from all photos received by the CEIVA judges on Thursday, August 2, 2012, after which the public will be allowed to vote for their favorites. The photos with the highest amount of points voted for by August 10, 2012 at 12pm Pacific Time will be chosen as the winners.
  3. Winners will be notified via email and announced on www.ceiva.com and in the CEIVA newsletter.
  4. By entering, you grant CEIVA Logic, Inc. an irrevocable right and permission to use and/or publish the submitted photo[s] in the CEIVA® Newsletter, e-mails, website, printed materials and any other promotional or advertising materials developed, distributed or produced by CEIVA Logic, Inc. You also explicitly agree that CEIVA Logic, Inc. and its’ staff may make slight photo alterations in order to fit our site, marketing materials or email newsletters properly.
  5. The CEIVA Summer Fun Photo Contest is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  6. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  7. Employees of CEIVA® and its related companies, agents, and suppliers, as well as corporate and government accounts with volume-purchase-level agreements are not eligible to participate.
  8. CEIVA® is not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures.  CEIVA® reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of CEIVA® corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest.
  9. The CEIVA Summer Fun Photo Contest finalist will be selected by CEIVA judges. The decision of the judges will be final and not open to review or negotiation.
  10. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
  11. Photo entries must be acceptable according to standards: No violent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent material will be accepted, nor any that infringe on copyright or trademarks. The CEIVA staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
  12. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  13. These contest rules shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
  14. By submitting a photo, entrant grants the CEIVA staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), and entrant’s name. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
  15. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and will abide by all official rules.
  16. The decision of CEIVA® Logic, Inc. in all matters relating to the rules and administration of the contest shall be final.
