CEIVA has also allowed us to share photos with all family regardless of their level of comfort with technology.

We are a family with seven CEIVAframes. We started with a few of the older models and have all upgraded to the new 8 inch frames. I'm a big CEIVA fan and I tell everyone I know about CEIVA. It has helped us stay connected with the rest of the family and allow them to see photos of the kids as the events happen instead of months later. CEIVA has also allowed us to share photos with all family regardless of their level of comfort with technology. We have some family that have high speed wireless and some that still connect through their phone line!

I also utilize CEIVA in a way that most customers probably don't. I'm a digital scrap booker and I frequently use my digital scrap booking supplies to enhance our photos and create CEIVA cards. My other great interest in CEIVA is in the expansion across the globe. I was thrilled to see that CEIVA is expanding services to Europe. I check your site often to see if there are any new announcements about your European expansion.

Lastly, I'm a CEIVA Champion because I'm the one who makes all those support calls for the family (Customer Service has spoken to my spouse and I many times.) Contacting CEIVA to troubleshoot any issues has been left to us by the family who are still a bit technically challenged. Thanks goes out to CEIVA for making the buttons on the back different colors - this makes explaining things over the phone MUCH easier: ie: "no Mom, press and hold the WHITE button, not the black one!."
