My pictures are not being uploaded when I send them via email/cellphone.

Things to try:

Check that your cellphone has coverage. Some cellphone providers take up to 15 minutes to send to ceiva.com. Once sent, the CEIVA frame will retrieve the photo on its next connection.

Verify your CEIVAMobile email address has been correctly entered. Make sure that you are not using the letters 'O' or 'L' for numbers '0' or '1'.

If you have many pictures, try sending them in separate emails. Verify that the total number of images per email/text does not exceed 10 and that the total size of the email does not exceed 5 MBs.

Make sure that the pictures you are attaching are in an allowed format (JPG, GIF).
