I don’t receive any email correspondence from CEIVA.

Things to check

Check to make sure that CEIVA has the correct email address for you. To update your contact information, go to My Account in your ceiva.com account and select Personal Profile.

You will be able to change your street address, phone number, email address, and newsletter subscription preferences.

Check your junk/spam folder. Some email providers may view CEIVA’s emails as junk mail and automatically place it in your junk or trash folder. If it is there, please check your email or junk mail preferences and set them to allow CEIVA emails to go directly to your inbox.

Make sure your email account is not full or out of space. You may need to delete some old mail so you can start to receive new mail.
