The CEIVA Network™ provides local telephone numbers throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Use our Local Number Availability Tool to find out if there's a local CEIVA connection number in your area. You can also connect by broadband or wi-fi internet connection.

How to convert your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service

If you are unable to connect by internet and there are no local telephone numbers in your area, you may adjust your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service to Toll-Free Connectivity for an additional fee.

1. Log into your CEIVA account, and go to your My Frames page.
2. Once on your My Frames page, click on Frame Settings link.
3. Select Change Dialing #, and enter the phone number that your CEIVA frame will be dialing from.
4. If local numbers are available in your area, please click on Convert and select up to three local dial-in numbers. If local dial-in numbers are not available, your PicturePlan Service will remain on Toll-Free Connectivity.
5. Click on Done and your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service is now successfully converted from Toll-Free to Local connectivity.

PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service Conversion Rates

All PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service is converted on a 2 to 1 conversion rate. For example, 10 months of PicturePlan Service with Local connectivity converts to 5 months of PicturePlan Service with Toll-Free connectivity, but 5 months of PicturePlan Service with Toll-Free connectivity converts to 10 months of PicturePlan Service with Local connectivity.

Monthly PicturePlan Service with Toll-Free connectivity costs $15.95 a month. Monthy PicturePlan Service with Local connectivity costs $9.95 a month.
