Finding your Serial Number

Look for a small white barcode sticker on the bottom, under the coverplate on the back, or on the inside leg of your CEIVA frame. The location will vary by frame model.

You can also find your serial number by viewing your frame's settings on the My Frames page in your account at ceiva.com.

You will need your CEIVA frame's serial numberto register your frame and to reference your account if you contact CEIVA Customer Care for help.
