Generally, a CEIVA frame will connect with a broadband or wi-fi internet connection or an analog phone line (similar to a fax machine).

If you are able to use a fax machine with your cable phone system, the CEIVA frame should be able to connect via phone line. If you are not sure, we recommend using your broadband or wi-fi internet connection.
