What is the return policy for CEIVA frames and accessories?
Conditions of Return
CEIVA frames or CEIVA accessories purchased from the CEIVA Store (www.ceiva.com) may be returned to CEIVA within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Returns must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. CEIVA will refund back charge, minus shipping and handling.We cannot accept a return which is more than 60 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging, or those items not deemed in "new condition".
If you purchased multiple CEIVA frames using any of our special promotions (such as a family pack, twin pack, or buy one get one free offer), we are unable to accept partial returns. All frames and accessories must be returned together.

How to Return your Purchase to the CEIVA Store
To return your CEIVA frame within the 60-day return policy guidelines as stated above or to receive a replacement frame, please call our toll-free U.S.-based Customer Care Team at 1-877-MYCEIVA (1-877-692-3482). We will assign you a CSR number. The individual and/or parties returning a CEIVA frame to the CEIVA Store assume shipping costs.

CEIVA Frames or Accessories purchased from other stores
The CEIVA Store cannot accept returns of CEIVA frames or accessories purchased from any other sales channel, merchant or vendor. This includes CEIVA frames and accessories that are purchased at a store, on an online auction (eBay) or shipped directly by a merchant. Your purchase must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
CEIVA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If your return item is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact the parcel company (e.g. UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS) for guidelines and policies.
