How do I send my pictures / photos to my CEIVA Frame?
There are many ways to send photos to your CEIVA frames and albums. Here’s a brief overview:
From the CEIVA website:- Fast Web Upload (New & Improved Uploader)
Drag and drop your photos from your desktop and send to any frame or album from the Member section of our website. Recommended for newer computers.

Select photos individually from your desktop and send to any frame or albums from the Member section of our website. Recommended for older computers.

From your desktop:
- iPhoto Plugin
Export your iPhoto photos directly to your CEIVA frames and albums. Requires Mac OS 10.3 and iPhoto version 5 or greater.

Fast Web Upload
- Log into your CEIVA account and use the drop down menu to select Upload Photos.
- Allow a few seconds for the Java uploader tool to load on the Fast Web Upload tab. If you do not have Java on your computer, you will be prompted to download and run the Java application before this function will be available to you.
- Choose what photos you would like to upload. Try our easy Drag and Dr
op function to upload one photo or an entire folder. Or use the Browse Files button to select one or multiple photos to upload.
Search our Help Database
- The photos will appear in a list as you add them. You can edit the name(s) of the photos, rotate them, or remove them from the upload list using the tools under each photo.
- Next, choose the destinations you would like your photos to go to. You can check as many frames and/or albums as you like, OR select Customize to add text, borders, or make adjustments before you send. You can also select Change Delivery Time and select your desired delivery dates.
- Select the Upload Now button when you are finished.
Original Uploader
- Log into your CEIVA account and use the drop down menu to select Upload Photos
- Use the Original Uploader tab to browse your computer for one photo at a time.
- Select Add another photo to browse for additional photos.
- Next, choose where you want to upload your photos. You can Send to Frames, Upload & Customize or Upload to an Album.
- Then select Upload Now.
Note: If you like either of these photo upload methods simple check the box next to "Make this your default uploader" and that option will become your default uploader.
