How do I send my pictures / photos to my CEIVA Frame?

There are many ways to send photos to your CEIVA frames and albums. Here’s a brief overview:

From the CEIVA website:

From your desktop:

From an email address or your camera phone:

From your iPhone:

Fast Web Upload

  1. Log into your CEIVA account and use the drop down menu to select Upload Photos.
  2. Allow a few seconds for the Java uploader tool to load on the Fast Web Upload tab. If you do not have Java on your computer, you will be prompted to download and run the Java application before this function will be available to you.
  3. Choose what photos you would like to upload. Try our easy Drag and Dr

  4. The photos will appear in a list as you add them. You can edit the name(s) of the photos, rotate them, or remove them from the upload list using the tools under each photo.
  5. Next, choose the destinations you would like your photos to go to. You can check as many frames and/or albums as you like, OR select Customize to add text, borders, or make adjustments before you send. You can also select Change Delivery Time and select your desired delivery dates.
  6. Select the Upload Now button when you are finished.


Original Uploader

  1. Log into your CEIVA account and use the drop down menu to select Upload Photos
  2. Use the Original Uploader tab to browse your computer for one photo at a time.
  3. Select Add another photo to browse for additional photos.
  4. Next, choose where you want to upload your photos. You can Send to Frames, Upload & Customize or Upload to an Album.
  5. Then select Upload Now.


Note: If you like either of these photo upload methods simple check the box next to "Make this your default uploader" and that option will become your default uploader.
