Factory reconditioned products consist of products that were originally sold new, or sent out as demo units, and then returned, sometimes without even being opened. Once we get these units back, we thoroughly test and then recondition them to original CEIVA factory specifications. The stringent testing process assures that the product meets the same stringent quality standards that are required for new products. All Reconditioned CEIVA frames come with the exact same CEIVA one-year warranty as do our new frames. Bottom line, with a CEIVA Reconditioned frame you get all the quality, at a fraction of the price.

All CEIVA® products, including factory reconditioned units, come with a limited one year warranty as well as the option to extend a unit's limited warranty. You can choose to extend your protection by purchasing an additional year of warranty coverage.
