What is the status of my warranty repair?

Once your CEIVA frame is received, repairs generally take about 4-6 weeks to complete. Your frame will be tested to ensure that it is good working condition before we ship it back to you. Because of the holiday rush, we are experiencing longer repair times. Please call Customer Care for updates. If you have sent your CEIVA frame in for repair, you can look up the status of your warranty here.
