I can't send pictures to my friend's CEIVA frame.

Things to check:

Make sure your friend has you on their guest list in their ceiva.com account. Go to the guest list link on the My Frames page to verify. If you are not listed, your friend can invite you.

If you have not received a guest invitation, check your junk or spam folder. Be sure to accept the invitation in the email to be added to the guest list.

Your Address Book will list all the destination frames you have been given permission to send to. These will appear as options when you upload or send photos with your ceiva.com account.

Please note: The frame owner must have an e-mail address in their account for the Invite a Guest feature to work.
