Can I transfer PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service from one CEIVA frame to another?

You can transfer your current PicturePlan Service from one CEIVA Digital Photo Frame to another when you:

  1. Purchase one year of PicturePlan Service or
  2. Purchase a CEIVA Digital Photo Frame that is bundled with at least one year of PicturePlan Service

Once you have purchased your PicturePlan Service, please call our toll-free U.S.-based Customer Care at 1-877-MYCEIVA and we will be happy to transfer the remaining time off of your older CEIVA frame to your new one.

NOTE: If you have a CEIVA frame with Lifetime PicturePlan Service, your PicturePlan Serivce cannot be transferred. For further terms and conditions of the Lifetime PicturePlan Service, click here.
