Do you need to refresh or change your frame's wifi connection info?

First, let's start by unplugging the frame, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging the frame back in. Wait for a picture to appear.

If a picture does not appear, your frame may need to be repaired.
Please call so that we may set up a ticket for your free repair.

If you do get a picture, then proceed.

Now, I think it would be a good idea to refresh your frame's connection to your home WiFi network.

Here are the instructions to re-establish the internet connection of your CEIVA frame to your home Wi-Fi network.

You will need to know your home Wi-Fi network name and the home Wi-Fi password (key).

If there have been no changes to the home Wi-Fi info, and there is no need to update it, simply hold down the white button on the back of the frame until the second message, "You can let go now, I'm connecting.”

If you need to update your WiFi information, please follow these instructions:

In order to update the Wi-Fi info and connect to the Wi-Fi home network, access the menu on the frame itself with the frame's remote control. (Some models have a Menu button on the front of the frame near its base.)

After accessing the MENU, follow the prompts in CONNECTION WIZARD.

The frame will find your Wi-Fi NETWORK.
If it doesn't find your network, use the right arrow on the frame or the remote to scroll until your network appears.
Ideally, the signal should be near 100%.

Once the network is found, go to the next page where you enter the WIFI PASSWORD.

If there are capital/uppercase letters, they must be entered exactly.

For example, uppercase A is entered by going to the abc box and pressing SELECT 4 times.
For lowercase abc, press SELECT one, two, or three times.
For uppercase abc, press SELECT four, five, or six times.

If you need to make a correction, use the BACKSPACE (not BACK) button.

Once entered, go to the next page to TEST CONNECTION.

Once the test is successful, go to the next page to download photos to your frame.
