My CEIVA frame won't connect through the internet.

CEIVA 2 and 3

Go to My Frames in your ceiva.com account, click Settings, and click Choose Connection Method.

All Other Models

Press the Menu button on your CEIVA frame or remote, highlight Connection Wizard, and press Select.

Things to try:

Check your connections. Unplug and plug the power cord and CEIVA Wireless™ or CEIVA Broadband™ adapter securely into the back of your CEIVA frame. Reset your router and make sure it is working properly. If you are using a wireless router, try moving your frame to a power outlet closer to the router.

Check your connection method.* Use the Connection Wizard on your CEIVA frame or your frame settings at ceiva.com to verify your connection method and enter your network information.

Check your internet service provider. Make sure you are able to connect to your internet with your computer or other devices.

Once you change any settings, press the Menu button on your CEIVA frame or remote, highlight Connect, and press Select.
