My CEIVA Digital Photo Frame ™ and CEIVA Wireless Adapter™ are having trouble connecting to my wireless network.
If you are having trouble connecting your CEIVA frame and CEIVA Wireless Adpater to your wireless Internet connection, please take a look at the questions below and see if they can help you get connected.
Have you configured your CEIVA frame to connect with your CEIVA Wireless adapter?

Where is your CEIVA frame in relation to your wireless router?
Depending on your location and the wireless router's signal range, your CEIVA frame can connect in many different locations. However, if your frame is not connecting initially, we recommend for troubleshoot purposes that you take your frame and place it in the same room as your wireless router. Once you have done so, try manually dialing in your frame by pressing the white button on the back of your CEIVA frame and holding it till you get the message "You can let go now I'm connecting". Once you let go your frame will attempt to dial into the network.
Is your connection method set to Wireless?
In order to confirm that your CEIVA frame and CEIVA Wireless Adapter is set to connect wirelessly, please follow the directions below.
- Press the Menu Button (CEIVAshare use remote control)
- Depending on your s/w version, you would use the arrows buttons to highlight either Settings (then go to Connection Settings) or go directly to Connection Settings and press Select.
- Go to How to Connect press Select.
- Choose the method of connection by using the arrow buttons to highlight and press Select to move the yellow checkmark the correct area.
- Once Wireless is selected, use the arrow keys to select Exit and press Select.
- Now try manually dialing in your frame by pressing the white button on the back of your CEIVA frame and holding it till you get the message "You can let go now I'm connecting". Once you let go your frame will attempt to dial into the network.
- Press and hold the white button on the back of your CEIVA 2 or CEIVA 3 frame. Continue to hold the button until you see the Dialing Prefix displayed on the screen (approximately 9 seconds). (You will pass both the Slide Show as well as the Dial-In on screen messages).
- Once the "Dial In Control" page is displayed, release the white button and tap the black button on the back of the frame to step through the on screen options until you but the black X in the Use Wireless box.
- After you have made your selection, release the black button. Now try manually dialing in your frame by pressing the white button on the back of your CEIVA frame and holding it till you get the message "You can let go now I'm connecting". Once you let go your frame will attempt to dial into the network.
Have you tried restarting your wireless router?
If your CEIVA frame is set up properly to connect via your wireless router and is within range of your wireless router, however, it's still not connecting; try restarting your wireless router.
