The photos on my memory card, thumb drive or flash drive are not displaying on my CEIVA Digital Photo Frame™. What do I do?
If your CEIVA frame is not displaying photos from your memory card, thumb drive or flash drive, please clear off any programs that are on it, check that your CEIVA frame is properly registered and out of Demo mode, and ensure that you are using a model of CEIVA frame that has memory card reading functionality (CEIVA 1, 2 and 3 models do not support this feature).
If this does not fix the problem, try taking your memory card / flash drive out of your CEIVA and unplugging your CEIVA from it power source for appx 10 seconds. (CEIVAWhirlpool frames, use the power button to turn off your frame) Then plug your CEIVA back in and when it starts to display the stock photos on the frame, insert your card / drive back into the frame. Give the frame a few minutes to read and display the images from your card.
