How do I update or change my billing information?

Update your Billing or Shipping Profiles

You have the option to save as many billing or shipping profiles in your ceiva.com account as you like for easy renewal of your PicturePlan service or other purchases from ceiva.com.

To change this information, go to My Account in your ceiva.com account and select Bill and Ship Profiles to edit your information or create a new profile.
