Orders for Digital Photo Frames from the CEIVA Store ship via FedEx Monday through Friday. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and once again when it ships. FedEx's shipping times are as follows:

| 2-day: 2 business days |
| 1-day: 1 business day (In certain areas, PRIORITY is required for 1-day delivery.) |
Order by 12pm PT to ensure same-day shipping. These shipping times can also vary depending on peak holiday periods, location and weather conditions, so please order early to ensure your package arrives on schedule.
Processing and Shipping Times for Prints:
Orders for Prints are processed by our photo finishing partners at EZPrints Lab and ship via U.S. Mail. You can check the status of your print order here or contact support@ezprints.com for any finishing questions.
