Do the new CEIVA Digital Photo Frames use a memory card?

You can display your personal photos by simply inserting your memory card into the CEIVA frame's built-in card reader. All photos on the card will display in a continuous slideshow. The CEIVA frame supports most common memory card formats.

Do I need PicturePlan service?

Our CEIVA 7-inch Digital Photo Frame and CEIVA 8-inch Digital Photo Frame come with a 30-day trial of PicturePlan, an optional service enabling you to receive and display new photos, every day, automatically. With PicturePlan, you can receive new photo updates automatically delivered to your CEIVA frame. Invite anyone you wish to share photos for free, from anywhere in the world. How do I display pictures on a CEIVA frame?

Simply insert a memory card to display your personal photos. With a PicturePlan, CEIVA connects to your existing phone line and automatically makes a silent call in the middle of the night (without any interruption or charge to your phone service) to pick up all the photos that were sent to you by family and friends. In the morning, new photos appear automatically. There is no need for a computer to receive new photos. Optionally, you can connect via a broadband or wireless network.

How do I send photos to display on a CEIVA?

Sending photos is as easy as e-mail. Just load your digital photos onto any computer. Free software from CEIVA lets you send photos in seconds from any PC to ceiva.com. You choose which photos to send to which people. You can send photos to as many CEIVA frames as you wish at the same time, and you can even send photos directly from a camera phone. Your photos are delivered and displayed automatically displayed.

Who can send photos to a CEIVA frame?

Invite friends and family to share photos with you for free. Only the people you invite can send photos to your frame so your privacy is protected. As free members, they can send photos to you anytime.

Does everyone who sends photos need a PicturePlan service plan?

If you wish to connect, only one PicturePlan is needed per CEIVA frame to receive photos. You can invite any number of family and friends to send photos to your frame for free! Mom can receive new photos from every member of the family.

What happens to my photos after I send them?

Your photos are saved on the CEIVA Network. You can easily organize and securely store an unlimited number of photos! Every photo you send to a frame is saved for you to view and display anytime.

What phone numbers does the CEIVA use and is there a cost?

There is no additional phone line needed, no interruption to your existing phone service, and no charge to your line. There are thousands of local access phone numbers that you can choose from so that there is no toll charge on your phone bill.

Can I print photos?

You can order prints directly from your CEIVA frame and you will receive them via U.S. mail.

Does CEIVA work internationally?

You can send photos to a CEIVA frame from anywhere in the world but the frame does have to reside in the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico.

How do I connect to my home network?

If you wish to connect your CEIVA frame via a broadband or wireless home network you can add on a CEIVA Broadband™ or CEIVA Wireless™ adapter. If you choose to connect your CEIVA frame to your existing phone line you do not need an adapter.
