Enter the Serial Number of your CEIVA frame and click "Download"

Your Serial Number can be found on the bottom or back of your frame. It is comprised of just numbers and in the form (xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx). Enter each set of 3 digits in the boxes below. When done click on the Download button.

Note: In order to ensure proper installation of the update, do not change the name of the file or the file type. Please make sure that the .bin file is the only file on your memory card when updating your frame.

CEIVA frames are designed to receive software updates automatically though PicturePlan® Photo Delivery Service. If you are unable to connect for any reason, this page allows you to manually update your CEIVA frame's software version.

Enter your CEIVA frame's serial number and click Download to generate an update file for your model of CEIVA frame.

Save this file on an empty USB flash drive or memory card, being careful not to change the file name or extension. Then, insert it into your CEIVA frame to start the update automatically. Once your CEIVA frame is finished, simply remove the flash drive or memory card and delete the file.
